Sender ID *

The Sender ID is the name that displays on the recipient's name and identifies who the message is from. While it may include abbreviations it must have a recognisable connection to the name of the sending person or entity.

Use 3-11 alphanumeric characters, which can be both upper and lower case Sender ID is invalid!

Authorisation Details

The Authorisation Details identify who is responsible for the campaign and message.

For a commercial SMS the details must include

The business or organisation’s name
A street address and/or contact details (email or phone number)

For an electoral or political SMS the details must include

The natural name of a person, who is authorising the campaign on their own behalf, or on behalf of an entity
If applicable, the name of the entity or organisation authorising the campaign
The street address, locality, state or territory and postcode

Each SMS sent includes a link (sentby.info) where a recipient can view these details and opt out of further communication
